Founded in the summer of 2015 in Middletown, Kentucky, Foundations

Family & Implant Dentistry represents the vision of Drs. Laura and Render Parkman to create a comprehensive, one-stop destination for complete oral healthcare for patients of all ages.

Our commitment to excellence and community care led us to expand in 2017 through the acquisition of Dr. Carl Kuhl's established practice in St. Matthews.

This historic practice, which has been serving patients with unwavering dedication for over 100 years under various providers, embodied the same values of consistent, compassionate care that define our mission. The union of these practices created a perfect synergy, strengthening our ability to serve our community with the personalized attention our patients deserve.

Since our founding, we have experienced tremendous growth while never losing sight of our core values. What began as a single-location practice with analog systems, paper charts, film X-rays, and 2.5 employees has evolved into a multi-site practice with 15 dedicated team members. Today, we proudly operate with world-class, fully digital workflows that enhance both precision and patient experience.

Despite our technological advancement and growth, our heart remains unchanged. We are committed to providing exceptional dental care while maintaining the personal connections that make each patient feel valued and cared for.
