Dr. Nowell Gray is a co-owner and partner of our St. Matthews location, following the merger of his long-standing practice with Foundations Dentistry. His addition marks an exciting new chapter, bringing together two trusted practices with a shared commitment to exceptional patient care and community connection.

Originally from Southern California, Dr. Gray earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry. He spent over a decade practicing on the West Coast, where he developed a strong clinical foundation and a patient-first approach centered on trust, comfort, and long-term oral health.

He later relocated to Louisville with his wife, a Louisville native, to put down roots and start their family. In 2016, Dr. Gray purchased and built Gray Family Dentistry in St. Matthews, where he has proudly served the community for years. Known for his approachable demeanor and commitment to quality care, he has built lasting relationships with patients and families throughout the area.

Through this merger, Dr. Gray is excited to continue caring for both his existing patients and new ones at our newly renovated St. Matthews office.
