We are thrilled to share that Foundations Dentistry of St. Matthews has moved just half a mile from our original location into a newly renovated space designed with intention, comfort, and innovation in mind.

Alongside this move, we are honored to announce that Foundations Dentistry of St. Matthews has merged with Grey Family Dentistry. We are excited to welcome Dr. Nowell Grey and his incredible team as they join our practice.

With new faces joining our existing team, we are confident this partnership will strengthen our ability to serve our community while preserving the personalized approach our patients know and trust.
